- Wow! I thought it might be catastrophic system design or brutal hard leetcode. Sigh! It was a cultural fit question.
- How can one reject a candidate if he was honest in his terms, and even if it was not fit for them, why not put it right in the start without interactive element. I think I am wrong here. That rejection might be a great thing for the company as they saw he was not the right fit (maybe). But that candidate had to take the toll of that decision. Its not easy for some kind of people (like me, introvert max) to express their emotions, or even experiences verbally to a person.
